Why a Sound Bath?

Our body is constantly holding on to vibrations and energies that are both for our highest good and holding us back. The negative vibrations can show up in every day emotions like sadness, panic attacks, irritability, overwhelm; or they can have deeper impacts like chronic illness, depression, and PTSD.

Sound is an incredibly healing modality that helps to move stuck energy and as lightworkers, we work within the highest good of every attendee, knowing that everyone who attends will get exactly what they need.

I encourage you to trust the nudge that you are feeling to attend this sound bath - there is always a reason for what we are being pulled to and when you trust it and follow it, you may find everything you’ve ever wanted!

Why Allow Children?

After I became reiki certified about 2 years ago, I started to trust my gifts and practice being a little bit woo woo with my own children by guiding them through a gentle meditation or a little bit of energy healing before bed and I quickly realized that my daughters benefitted from these modalities just as much as me!

As a single mom myself, I know how hard it is for single parents, primary parents, those who don’t have a village, and even those with supportive partners to find time away for themselves.

I realized how silly it was to only allow adults into this sound bath because their children should never feel like a burden and they benefit just as much from these experiences!
