This 6 week Rhythms and Routines Course breaks down the hardest parts of being a parent to go from barely surviving to thriving, all while giving your kids the childhood that you’ve dreamed of.

You’ve read the parenting books, you’re in all of the Facebook groups, you have a great village and support system, yet you are constantly overwhelmed with everything that needs to be done.

The endless mental fatigue clouds your joy.

The little energy leaks in your day drive you to irritation more than contentment.

You fall into bed feeling so guilty that you’re exhausted.

You’re thinking:

“Parenthood shouldn’t be this exhausting”

“There is no way I am doing this right.”

“Is this just how it is now?”

Nothing is wrong with you.

There has never been a generation of parents who have THIS MUCH on their plate. If you feel like it is genuinely impossible, it is because it is.

Your nervous system is still operating from your childhood and adult wounds, your responsibilities feel like they have doubled seemingly overnight, and nobody handed you a manual for how to run this new life.

Rhythms & Routines gives you that manual.

Four weeks to create simple, energy‑aware routines for you and your kids so your home feels calmer, your days feel lighter, and you finally feel like you’re the one leading your life again.

6 weeks | Self‑Paced | Weekly Q&A

Originally Designed for Exhausted Single Parents, Open to all Parents

You don’t have to keep playing society’s game on how you need to “do it all”
You can choose to do what matters most, with established rhythms and routines to support you.

This course will help you drastically change the way you operate as a parent, which influences the way you show up, and therefore influences the wellbeing of your kids:

Implement hacks to free up the time you spend on tasks through lessons like “Offload your Decision Making” and “Always Be Optimizing

Squeeze in time for Nervous System Regulation through lessons like “Grounded Foundations” “The Impact of Your Energy.

Guide you to understand your own unique internal compass that includes values, energy, personality style, village, and resources to show up as the parent YOU want to be, not what some expert or self-help book tells you to do.

This Is For You If…

  • You’re a single mom or dad navigating the first 1–3 years after divorce or separation and life feels like a never‑ending marathon.

  • Your days feel chaotic. Mornings, after‑school, and bedtimes are stressful, and you feel like you are always behind.

  • You are mentally keeping track of everything: meals, school stuff, laundry, bills, work, appointments… and it’s burning you out.

  • You keep telling yourself “I just need to try harder,” but what you actually need are better systems, not more willpower.

  • You want routines that honor your hormones, energy, and emotions instead of forcing you to be a robot every day.

  • You crave stability for your kids but don’t want to run a rigid, perfectionist household.

Within the first two weeks, you will be able to:

Regulate your nervous system and feel confident and capable to be the parent you are today and will continue to grow to be.

Develop a daily practice that is easy to remember and actually helps you you remain calm during and before you feel touched out, overwhelmed, and exhausted.

Learn how to detect and remove even the smallest negative energy leaks throughout your day that unconsciously drain your joy, peace, and love, which directly influences how you show up for your kids.

Bring in more joy to your life, with and without your and without your kids with a deep dive on what fills your cup and what is secretly draining you.

Remove decision making to give you back precious time and reducing stressful moments.

How to make small changes and stick to them because they are so simple to execute, flow with the rhythm of your life already, and because you can clearly see the value.

You owe it to yourself to…

Feel calmer, more in control, and less guilty at the end of the day.

Trust that you can build a life that feels steady, spacious, and true to you AND feels nurturing, secure, and full of love for your children.

It truly is possible, you (and your kids) are worth it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much time does this take each week?
A: Plan for about an hour total: two 5-10 minute videos, 2-3 tiny actions (10 minutes each), 2 exercises (10 minutes each), and a few reflection questions (5 minutes each). Everything is self-paced, so you can get it done quickly or you can choose to take your time.

Q: Is this only for single parents?
A: No. While this course is originally designed for single parents because I am a single mom and this is the culmination of me figuring out how to “do it all,” I know that there are many parents out there who have similar or drastically different situations that also desperately need this content.

Q: What if I’m not as spiritual as you?
A: Totally get that! This course is primarily practical systems and routines, but I do put a bit of emphasis on nervous system regulation and energy management. Please reframe anything I say to fit your specific religious beliefs - you might even find that the concept and the core of the message is actually the same!

Q: What if my schedule is really unpredictable?
A: You are in the right place then! This course is fully self-paced. If you have a weekend off from the kids and want to knock out the entire thing in one sitting, go crazy! Or, if you need extra time, the course is held within a community, so feel free to just stay in an extra month or two!

Q: We aren’t in similar situations, will this course be right for me?
A: Absolutely. While I may plug in my own experiences to help give clarity on actions or exercises, my #1 goal is for everyone to find THEIR OWN rhythm and routine through this process. We do this by starting in the first lesson getting a clear understanding of what your values and what your truth is. I am excited that everyone’s will look different. You may even find some other parents in the community who are in similar situations that will help you feel so seen.

Q: Will you help me navigate custody issues, provide 1:1s, or tell me what to do?
A: At this time, the Risen Collective community is not equipped for legal advice, custody or divorce support. This Rhythms & Routines course will empower and guide YOU on the next step forward. This is a container that is inspiring, uplifting and full of other parents that will help you feel seen, understood, and less alone, but it is not a structured therapy or support group.

You Don’t Need to “Try Harder.”
You Need Better Rhythms.

Your life after divorce doesn’t have to be a constant emergency. You are allowed to have support, structure, and softness—even as a single parent. Rhythms & Routines gives you the step‑by‑step framework to build that: grounded foundations, hormone‑aware days, kid‑friendly rhythms, and systems that carry the load with you.
