Here is everything I packed in my girls’ backpacks to entertain them for a long travel day full of two flights and a layover.

This is our first time with each girl carrying their own backpacks, but they are so self-sufficient, I think they will do well with them (plus I also decided to bring the stroller that I can throw the backpacks in if needed, hah!)

A lot of these are great Christmas/ Birthday presents to ask for! We always ask for these items and get a ton during those big life events and then I just find a closet to keep them hidden until it is time to travel and then it is like a free surprise!!
